Therefore, to ensure the highest efficiency in the occupational safety and health, at the company's projects, every new employee is trained and tested for occupational safety. Before each working shift, the safety officer and the foreman technician will check the safety conditions such as: the working protection equipment (helmets, boots, protective clothing, safety belts, gloves), disseminate the safety rules for workers before entering shifts.
Due to specific characteristics of the construction industry, the workers often work in the difficult and complicated environments such as outdoors, overhead, underground and the limited spaces. The brothers have to face with the dangerous factors and the risks of occupational accidents if they do not strictly follow the occupational safety rules and principles. For safety prevention, in addition to being equipped with safety knowledge, the SCI’s employees are also fully equipped with the working protection items and other safety means, ensuring the workers’ safety at highest level and at minimum risks. In addition, the safe method statements are always discussed and exchanged between the safety engineers and the Board of Directors to work out the most optimal solutions.
