At SCI Group, we always understand that strong collective internal strength is the key to open the door of success. In order to increase the spirit of collective solidarity, we always focuses on organizing annual tours and vacations for our employees.
After 2 years of suspending the annual tourism activities due to Covid pandemic, in the summer of 2022, SCI has organized successfully a series of tours for our employees at many projects such as: Nam Lum 1 and Nam Lum 2 (SCI Lai Chau), Ca Nan hydropower plant. (SCI Nghe An), two wind power plants named Huong Linh 7 and Huong Linh 8, the wind power projects of SCI in Quang Tri and the head office of SCI Group.
This is an opportunity for all employees to enjoy time of resting and relaxation together after working days and nights for the project progress. Hoi An - Da Nang, Phu Quoc and Nha Trang which are the most famous tourist destinations in Vietnam have been selected.
The start of tourism series is a 4-day 3-night trip to Phu Quoc by SCI head office. Phu Quoc welcomes the delegation in sunny days with a few unexpected rains. In order to set up a meaningful collective activity program and leave a deep impression behind, the organizers set up few Teambuilding activities to attract a large number of employees attended with fierce teamwork and hard playing. Through these Teambuilding activities, the members of SCI family seem to be closer and have extremely relaxing moments and unforgettable memories in Phu Quoc.
The employees of SCI's wind power projects in Quang Tri have gone through unforgettable moments together during the long time of project construction. Before saying goodbye to continue the journey of building new renewable energy projects of SCI Group, they have been taking rest and relaxing in Hoi An - Da Nang. With beautiful, long stretchingbeaches and endless white sand, Da Nang beaches were voted by Forbes magazine of the United States as one of the six most attractive beaches on the planet.
The group dived together to see coral in Cu Lao Cham, walked to Hoi An at night, and enjoyed special dishes right on the island. Mr. Lai The Duyet shared: "We are very happy that the Board of Directors cares so much about our spiritual life. Trips like these help us to get closer to each other, understand each other better, and share stories with each other. In particular, the spirit of everyone is more excited, ready for the next projects in the new land."
The employees of two wind power plants named Huong Linh 7 and Huong Linh 8, Ca Nan 1 and Ca Nan 2 hydroelectric plants had a trip in Da Nang, visiting Son Tra peninsula, Ba Na Hill, Vinwonder.
The destination of SCI Lai Chau’s delegation before on the last days of sprint to energization of Nam Lum 1 and Nam Lum 2 projects is the beautiful city of Nha Trang with many famous tourist attractions. This trip seemed to increase the spirit of the employees, ready to accelerate to the finish line in the near future.
The summer vacation of the projects becomes more meaningful when everyone can participate in the Gala Dinner at the resort. They participated in cultural activities to stir up the space filled with laughter and spread a cozy atmosphere like a family. Here, they shared with each other about everyday life stories and many memorable moments together.
Mr. Duong Thanh Trung - Deputy Manager of Administration Department of SCI E&C JSC, who is the organizer of SCI's summer holiday tour series, said: "Annual tourism activities for our projects is to internal spiritual bonding, also to appreciate the contributions of employees to the company, I always wonder how to tighten the emotional bond between them, making everyone feel more than colleagues, which SCI is a family. Therefore, I always try to carry out internal activity programs in the most fun, most thoughtful way so that we can be closer to each other."
