On 27th Oct 2023, SCI Group’s delegates has joined and offered the monetary and material gifts for Na Meo preschool - Cha Khot school cluster, Na Meo Commune, Thanh Hoa Province in a charity framework organized by the Union of Thanh Hoa Customs Department for rehabilitation of this school. This school cluster is located 10 km far away from Na Meo commune center, built in 2012 in an area of socio-economic difficulty where the local inhabitants endure the hard life without stable incomes. After a long period of utilization, it has been suffered from serious degradation with the damaged leaked and soaked classrooms, the ruined fractured glass windows, the unsafely sanitary soil playground etc. Such conditions are ineligible for the teaching and learning activities. Kha Chot school cluster comprises of 16 children per class in a combining range of ages from 2,3,4,5 years old and takes charges by two teachers. The children here are almost from the poor families with the day-boarding food allowance of 17.000 VND/2 meals/day.
For a purpose of facilitating the children’s attendance to schools with a better accommodating condition, the Union of Thanh Hoa customs Department, in cooperation of the local and nationwide enterprises including SCI Group, has organized the charity program to call a financial fund for rehabilitation and upgradation of Kha Chot school cluster. Total amount of fund both money and materials has summed up greater than 450 million dong.
After one month of prompt repairment, this school cluster has turned into a brighter and spacious place with the sufficient classrooms, the accommodation for teachers and pupils, toilettes, the teaching and playing aid accessories for children, the upgraded schoolyard, the newly planted flowers and trees, the installed playing equipment on the school yards for children.
Attendance at the augmentation ceremony of this school cluster, SCI Group’s representatives expressed the congratulations to Na Meo preschool – Cha Khot school cluster and expect further contribution in the incoming similar events for a brighter future generation.
