The Travel is always one of the SCI Group’s top concern activities which are often organized for all employees of the Group. The purpose of travel and leisure activities are not only aimed to cohere and encourage the staff‘s sprit but also presented as the thanks from the Board of Directors for the SCIsers’ nonstop efforts and their dedication over the past one year.
Particularly, with many employees working at SCI Group affiliates in different localities, SCI Group's leaders decided to organize a great numbers of trips with different locations and times to suit the special needs of each affiliate
As for SCI Joint Stock Company and SCI Nghe An Co., Ltd, there was a combined trip on the visit to Ninh Thuan - Nha Trang for 03 days from July 4th to July 6th, 2019. With a tour of Cham cultural heritage in Ninh Thuan and enjoyment of the fresh air by the beach and islands of Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa), more than 40 employees were drawn their attraction to engage into the visit.
During the visit here, everyone had the wonderful relaxation moments, participating in cohesion games, enjoying specialties, visiting many interesting tourist destinations...
For SCI E&C affiliate, the delegation had memorable memories in Hue Ancient Land with the Tour of Lang Co Bay and Hue Capital City.
In addition, the delegation participated in the Gala Dinner evening with many special performances and the Lucky Draw with valuable and attractive gifts.
Besides, there were a vacation trip from the team of Long Phu Thermal Power Plant in Mui Ne beach and the travel team of SCI Lai Chau engineers at Cua Lo (Nghe An) beach also taking place well and leaving the memorable memories for the participating members.
The annual vacations for the employees are one of the activities that SCI Group always pays attention to. Such Activities are not only aimed at taking care of the employees’ spiritual life after their stressful working days but also give opportunities for the Company members to mutual interact and increase their solidarity. This is also an opportunity for the employees to rest and renew their labor. So that, people have more sense of hard work, high efficiency, contribution to SCI "Home" to further develop them in the next period.
Ending the vacation tours in 2019, the company leaders expected that after each trip, each employee will work hard together to complete his assigned work, jointly build the growing company.
