From June 28 to 30, 2023, SCI Group has organized a summer tour in Lan Ha Bay (Quang Ninh province) on Rita Cruise for nearly 100 office employees.
The program is to take care of well-being for employees after stressful working days, re-energize and create opportunities to facilitate the communication, solidarity strength and cohesion among members, thereby to support them with more enthusiastic working spirit, better labor productivity as well as satisfaction to colleagues & company.
The trip was organized for 3 days and 2 nights on a 5-star Rita Cruise in Lan Ha Bay area - one of the majestic, wild, and beautiful natural landscapes of Quang Ninh. During the trip, SCI Group employees had spent their time with resting, relaxation, fun, swimming and participating in many interesting activities such as kayak, bamboo boats rowing, cycling in the ancient fishing village of Viet Hai, etc.
The Gala Dinner was successful organized and very exciting with the contest "Familiar faces of SCI" which is considered as the most memorable and interesting experience in this year's summer travel program. The talented performances of "home-grown" once again affirm the comprehensiveness of SCI Group's employees and the spirit of working hard - playing harder of each member.
